  • Water damage or exposure to liquids
  • Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, fading)
  • Loss or theft of the device or accessories
  • Damage caused by non-GlowVital cables or adapters
  • Consumable items (replacement pads, straps, bags)
How To Make A Claim

Our UK support team handles every warranty claim personally. Most claims are resolved within 5 working days, often faster.

Email us

Write to info@glowvital.net with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos or a 10-second video help us diagnose faster.

We diagnose

Our team will reply within one working day. We'll confirm the issue is covered and ask for any extra detail we need.

Return or repair

If the mask needs to come back, we'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label. No cost to you for warranty returns within the UK.

Repair or replace

We'll repair or replace the faulty unit at our discretion. You'll have your OmniGlow back, or a brand-new one, within 10 working days of receipt.

The questions our support team gets asked most.

No registration needed. Your warranty is activated automatically from the date your OmniGlow is delivered. Just hold onto your order confirmation email, that's your proof of purchase.

The warranty is non-transferable on resale, but it does cover the original recipient of a gift purchased directly from us. If you're buying an OmniGlow as a present, keep the order confirmation, the recipient can use it to make a claim if ever needed.

No problem, we can usually look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or the name and postcode on the delivery. Email info@glowvital.net and we'll find it for you.

Warranty claims are honoured for masks bought from authorised GlowVital stockists, with valid proof of purchase. If your unit came from an unauthorised third-party seller (including some Amazon or eBay listings), we unfortunately can't guarantee warranty cover. If you're unsure, email us and we'll check.

They're separate. The 30-day money-back guarantee lets you return the mask for any reason within your first 30 days for a full refund. The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects for 24 months, it kicks in regardless of whether you use the 30-day return window.
