Your statutory rightsNothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This warranty is in addition to those rights, not a replacement for them.
1. Who provides this warranty
This limited warranty is provided by GlowVital Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration No. 16383442), whose registered office address is available on request by contacting our team at info@glowvital.net.
2. The product covered
This warranty applies exclusively to the OmniGlow® Wireless LED Therapy Mask ("the Product") purchased from:
- Our official website at glowvital.co.uk, or
- An authorised GlowVital reseller where proof of purchase can be provided.
This warranty does not apply to Lumeris hydrogel recovery eye patches or any other GlowVital product, each of which carries its own distinct returns and satisfaction policy.
3. What is covered and for how long
GlowVital warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of original retail purchase, as shown on the customer's order confirmation or proof of purchase.
During the warranty period, if the Product is found to be defective by our support team, GlowVital will, at its sole discretion and without charge to you:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished components of equivalent performance and reliability; or
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or equivalent specification; or
- Where neither repair nor replacement is reasonably possible, refund the original purchase price of the Product.
A repaired or replaced Product continues the remainder of the original 24-month warranty period; the warranty is not extended or renewed by a repair or replacement.
4. What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, drops, impacts, or failure to follow the instructions provided in the User Guide.
- Damage caused by exposure to liquids, moisture, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions outside normal indoor use.
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, modifications, alterations or disassembly of the Product.
- Damage caused by use of non-GlowVital accessories, cables, chargers or power adapters.
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear including (but not limited to) surface scratches, discolouration or fading.
- Consumable or replaceable items such as straps, bags or cleaning cloths where supplied.
- Loss or theft of the Product or any of its components.
- Any Product where the serial number has been defaced, altered or removed.
- Any Product purchased from an unauthorised third-party reseller (including auction sites) where proof of original purchase from an authorised channel cannot be provided.
5. How to make a warranty claim
To make a claim under this warranty, please email info@glowvital.net within the warranty period with the following information:
- Your order number and date of purchase;
- A clear description of the fault or defect;
- Photographs or a short video demonstrating the issue, where possible.
Our support team will respond within one working day to confirm whether the claim falls within warranty cover and provide instructions for the next steps.
If a return is required, GlowVital will provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label for customers within mainland UK. The Product must be returned in its original packaging where possible, or in suitable protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. GlowVital cannot accept liability for Products damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
6. Turnaround time
We aim to repair or replace warranty-covered Products within 10 working days of receipt at our UK facility. In peak periods or where specific parts must be sourced, this may extend to 15 working days. We will keep you informed throughout the process by email.
7. Proof of purchase
A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt showing the date of purchase and the Product, is required for all warranty claims. Where a gift recipient is claiming, we will accept the original purchaser's proof of purchase.
8. Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GlowVital's total liability under this warranty is limited to the original retail purchase price of the Product. GlowVital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use, or damage to other property, arising from the use, or inability to use, the Product.
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits GlowVital's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Your statutory rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights in any way. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you buy from us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a Product does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund independently of this warranty.

10. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or the recipient of a gift purchased from GlowVital or an authorised reseller. The warranty cannot be transferred to a subsequent purchaser in the event of resale of the Product.
11. Geographic scope
This warranty applies to Products purchased in and shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom. For Products shipped internationally, warranty service may be limited; please contact our support team for details relevant to your location. Return shipping costs for international warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer.
12. Governing law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

No registration needed. Your warranty is activated automatically from the date your OmniGlow is delivered. Just hold onto your order confirmation email, that's your proof of purchase.
The warranty is non-transferable on resale, but it does cover the original recipient of a gift purchased directly from us. If you're buying an OmniGlow as a present, keep the order confirmation, the recipient can use it to make a claim if ever needed.
No problem, we can usually look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or the name and postcode on the delivery. Email info@glowvital.net and we'll find it for you.
Warranty claims are honoured for masks bought from authorised GlowVital stockists, with valid proof of purchase. If your unit came from an unauthorised third-party seller (including some Amazon or eBay listings), we unfortunately can't guarantee warranty cover. If you're unsure, email us and we'll check.
They're separate. The 30-day money-back guarantee lets you return the mask for any reason within your first 30 days for a full refund. The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects for 24 months, it kicks in regardless of whether you use the 30-day return window.
