Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after 3pm may be processed the next working day.

 

UK Delivery

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• Estimated delivery: 1 working day after dispatch

• Fully tracked service

• Delivery confirmation included

Please note that Royal Mail delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

 


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time these will be clearly stated on the website.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

GlowVital is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 3 working days of dispatch:

  1. Please check your tracking link.
  2. Confirm delivery location (safe place, neighbour, etc).
  3. Contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will assist you directly with Royal Mail where necessary.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

For international enquiries, please contact us directly.

 

Delivery Responsibility

We remain responsible for your order until it is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If tracking confirms delivery, including delivery confirmation from Royal Mail, GlowVital may request customers to complete a non-receipt declaration before further action is taken.

We reserve the right to investigate all claims of non-delivery in cooperation with Royal Mail.

Fraudulent claims will be reported to the relevant authorities.
