The 60-day home trial

Live with anything you buy from us at home for up to 60 days from the day it arrives. Keep it, or send it back: if it is not for you, email us within those 60 days, return it, and we refund you in full.

OmniGlow LED Mask · 60-day home trial and 2 Year Warranty

Use it as much as you like. If it is not for you, email us within 60 days of delivery and we send you a free UK return label. The mask does not need to be unused and you do not need the original tags. We ask only that it comes back complete (mask, controller and charging cable) and in reasonable condition.

Every OmniGlow also carries a 2 Year Warranty. If your mask develops a fault within two years of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If you added the 3 Year Extended Warranty, your cover runs for three years.

Lumeris Eye Patches · 60-day home trial

Opened is fine. You will know within a few mornings. If they are not for you, email us within 60 days of delivery and post the box back to us with the pairs you have left. We refund the full order when it arrives. Return postage on Lumeris is paid by you. Lumeris orders placed before this change keep the 100 days they were sold with.

How refunds work

  1. Email info@glowvital.net with your order number and a line to say you are sending it back.
  2. We reply with the returns address, and for OmniGlow a free UK return label.
  3. When your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method, usually within 48 hours and always within 10 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to post the money.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, email us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Our trial and warranty sit on top of your legal rig
